- Contract: When processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract
- Legal obligation: When we must process your data to comply with legal requirements
- Legitimate interests: When processing is necessary for our legitimate business interests, provided these do not override your fundamental rights and freedoms
Your Rights Under GDPR
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
Right to Access
You have the right to request copies of your personal data. We may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive.
Right to Rectification
You have the right to request correction of any information you believe is inaccurate or completion of information you believe is incomplete.
Right to Erasure
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data under certain conditions, including when:
- The data is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected
- You withdraw consent and there is no other legal basis for processing
- You object to processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds
- The data has been unlawfully processed
- Erasure is required to comply with a legal obligation
Right to Restrict Processing
You have the right to request restriction of processing of your personal data under certain conditions, such as when you contest the accuracy of the data or object to processing.
Right to Data Portability
You have the right to request transfer of your data to another organization or directly to you in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, where technically feasible.
Right to Object
You have the right to object to processing of your personal data where we rely on legitimate interests as the legal basis. You also have an absolute right to object to processing for direct marketing purposes.
Rights Related to Automated Decision-Making
You have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect you. We do not currently engage in automated decision-making of this nature.
How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details provided above. We will respond to your request within one month, though this period may be extended by two additional months for complex requests. We will inform you of any such extension within the initial one-month period.
You will not have to pay a fee to exercise your rights. However, we may charge a reasonable fee or refuse to comply with your request if it is clearly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive.

- Accuracy: We take reasonable steps to ensure personal data is accurate and kept up to date
- Storage limitation: We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes collected
- Integrity and confidentiality: We process data in a manner that ensures appropriate security
- Accountability: We are responsible for and can demonstrate compliance with these principles
International Data Transfers
When we transfer personal data from the European Economic Area to countries outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as:
- Standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission
- Adequacy decisions by the European Commission
- Binding corporate rules where applicable
Data Breach Notification
In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you without undue delay. We will also report the breach to the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, unless the breach is unlikely to result in a risk to individuals.
Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of data and the purpose of processing.
Complaints
If you believe we have not handled your personal data properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in the EU member state of your habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement. We would appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns before you approach a supervisory authority, so please contact us first.
